At EvenTide, we believe healing is possible — and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re seeking support for trauma, looking to reconnect with yourself, or pursuing professional growth through consultation or supervision, we’re here to walk alongside you with care, compassion, and evidence-based support. This is a place for calm, clarity, and meaningful change. We're glad you're here.

I was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the U.S. at age 12 — an experience that shaped my deep appreciation for identity, resilience, and cultural connection. I’m fluent in both Vietnamese and English, and I bring that bicultural perspective into my work. Outside of sessions, I recharge through hiking and time in nature.
As a trauma-informed and culturally responsive counselor, I support teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity-related stress. I specialize in working with BIPOC clients and draw from evidence-based approaches like ACT, EMDR, and IFS to help people build insight, process pain, and reconnect with their inner strength.
Trauma-focused care is a therapeutic approach that prioritizes safety, empowerment, and healing by addressing the impact of past trauma on a person’s emotional and psychological well-being.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic memories by using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals understand and heal their inner world by exploring the different “parts” of themselves and restoring balance through self-leadership.
