Biography

I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor in the greater Phoenix area. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy is genuine and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and respected, without judgment or pressure. I believe meaningful change happens through trust, curiosity, and a strong therapeutic relationship.

My work is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and expressive techniques. I also incorporate modalities like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support deeper healing when it feels appropriate.

I’m passionate about helping you build insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting, meaningful change in your life.
