Biography

I’m glad you’re here. I work with children, teens, adults, and families, offering a supportive space where you can feel understood, grounded, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, parenting challenges, or life transitions, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we work toward greater clarity, connection, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I see you as the expert on your own life, and I aim to create a space where you feel safe exploring challenges and working toward what matters most to you. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each session to your needs and pace. With children and teens, I focus on building trust and developing practical coping skills. With adults and families, I support stronger communication, connection, and emotional understanding.

I have a particular passion for supporting individuals in eating disorder recovery, along with those navigating trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation. My experience as a Behavioral Health Technician in an eating disorder treatment setting deeply shaped my approach, showing me the impact of compassionate, consistent care. I bring that same empathy and respect into my work, offering a space where healing and growth can begin.
